Learn to Meditate with an 8 week Intro to Meditation Course
Living in a high stress, distracted society can take its toll. Luckily, the ancient skill of meditation gives us the tools to thrive in the modern world.
In this 8 week course you will learn:
• how to meditate
• the science behind meditation
• the philosophy of mindfulness and how to bring it into your daily routine
• powerful exercises and breathing techniques
• how to make sense of mantras • how to get off “the Hamster Wheel” and make choices in alignment with who you really are
Intro to Meditation: Thursdays at 7:15 pm
Intermediate Classes on Sundays
